Universal Responses Corporation ("URC"), a Delaware Corporation. URC conducts market research surveys using scientific methods. We promise that in obtaining your cooperation we will not mislead you about the nature of the research or the use that will be made of the findings. URC is committed to protecting your personally identifiable information. We provide all persons selected for inclusion a description of the survey sufficient to make an informed and free decision about their participation. The following sets forth URC’s privacy policy for Panel Members and URC Market Research Survey Participants (defined below) on the sites of URC located on the World Wide Web at SelfSurveys.com and SelfSurveys.net (collectively, the “Sites”).

What Information Does URC Collect?
Personally Identifiable Information
The information URC collects in the surveys is twofold. a) information having to do with substantive issues that are the reason for the research; b) Personally Identifiable Information (e.g. name, email address). The information we collect is within a secure environment. URC does not knowingly collect personally identifiable from users under the age of 13.
Other Information
URC automatically collects and records information on our server logs from Survey Participants’ browsers including Survey Participants’ IP addresses, cookie information (further described below) and the page you requested.
What Are Cookies?
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a Web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. Each web site can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser's preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a web site to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites. What does URC Do With the Information Collected?
URC’s database automatically compiles and analyzes the data received from the Survey Participants who have responded to the survey and provides URC with both the survey responses and an analysis of the survey responses.
Survey results are presented as aggregate statistics in an anonymous format. The answers will not be used to identify the respondent or the respondent’s company. URC’s goal is to provide its clients with a statistically accurate picture of trends in their industry. In some cases, in order to maintain URC’s high standards of data quality, URC may contact the respondents to clarify and/or validate the answers.
To Whom Will URC Give Survey Participants’ Personally Identifiable Information?
Our policy is not to disclose or use the names of respondents for non-research purposes unless the respondents grant us permission to do so. However, there are some circumstances in which URC may disclose personally identifiable information.
We may employ other companies to perform functions on our behalf, such as fulfilling orders, delivering packages, We may need to share your personally identifiable information with these companies. However, we will provide them with only the information necessary to perform their functions, and will prohibit them from using that information for any other purposes.
URC may transfer any information, including any personally identifiable information, in connection with a sale of all or most of the assets of the company.
URC will reveal information, including personally identifiable information, to the extent it believes it is required to do so by law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
URC may amend this Member Panel and Survey Respondent privacy policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personally identifiable information, we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our Sites for at least thirty (30) days. Please check this privacy statement and our Sites on a regular basis for these important notices.
