Mike Ghodoosian - Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Mike co-founded URC in 2000 and has more than 20 years of management experience in the software, telecommunications and electronics industries. Mike has held executive positions in business development and sales and marketing with Fortune 100 companies and emerging technology start-ups. Before founding URC, Mike was a Director of Global Strategic Accounts at Siemens Information and Communications Networks, a $78 billion telecommunications hardware and software provider, where he was responsible for identifying new growth opportunities and business lines, developing strategic partnerships and building relationships with C-level executives at major technology giants such as HP, Sun, Intel and Microsoft. Before joining Siemens, Mike was the first Vice President of Adax Incorporated where under his Sales and Business Development leadership, Adax's annual sales increased 400% in four years and Adax emerged as a leading provider of telecommunications hardware and software for companies such as Nortel, Ericsson and Lucent Technologies.

Mike has taught graduate level courses in business as an Adjunct Professor with Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Seattle University and an MBA from College of Notre Dame. Mike enjoys golf, soccer and giving back to his community.

Chris Muench - Founder

Chris is an international technical innovator and brings over 10 year of experience in the software industry as a developer, inventor, product manager and author. Before co-founding URC in 2000, Chris was Director of The Industrial Research Office of Siemens Information and Communication Networks; a role best described as Siemens' technology ambassador to Microsoft. Chris worked closely with the Microsoft Windows CE development team to bring Windows CE technology to Siemens and was responsible for several key global contracts between Siemens and Microsoft which established Windows Embedded and Premier Support for Developers-now recognized as the most important support offering from Microsoft for their top 100 ISVs around the world.

Chris is also a best-selling technical author, lecturer and prolific developer. Chris' publications and releases include the best-selling book, The Windows, CE Technology Tutorial: Windows Powered Solutions for the Developer (1999, Addison Wesley Publishing); numerous technical articles in industry publications such as www.pocketpc.com and msdn.microsoft.com; and over 15 software releases in current application.

Chris is certified as a MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional); a MCSD (Microsoft Certified Systems Developer) and has been recognized for the past four years in row, as a Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional); placing him in a group of only 1400 Microsoft MVPs in the world.

Chris holds a Bachelors degree in Data Technologies from the Private Academy of Nature Science in Insy, Germany. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, gaming and several racquet sports.
